A Growth Move is one pre-scoped improvement chosen from your roadmap. Changing existing copy, images, hours or a call to action is a standard edit and does not use it up.
Bigger work, quoted
before it starts.
Some things do not belong inside a monthly Move — a migration, a new multi-page section, a brochure, a bounded app sprint. Those are scoped as One-Time Projects, with a fixed quote agreed after a scope check and nothing beginning until you approve it.

Every project stops for a scope decision rather than running over quietly. If the work grows, we reduce the scope, move part of it to another month, or agree a separate quote — there is no silent overtime and no open-ended fixed price.

We absorb the initial build rather than charging a setup fee, which is why we qualify carefully first and cap the foundation at five core pages. It also means leaving costs you nothing.
NO SETUP FEE
Billing starts at onboarding.
Your first month covers the build, the launch and your Growth Plan. Billing begins when onboarding begins, not when the site goes live — so neither side is incentivised to rush or to stall.
CANCEL ANY TIME
Service runs to the end of the period.
Cancel through the agreed channel with no cancellation fee and no remaining balance. Work not completed before the end date is not owed unless we separately agree it.
YOU OWN THE RESULT
Domain, content, site and data.
The completed website, your approved content, uploaded assets, domain, analytics, advertising accounts and CRM data are yours, with a documented handoff if you go.

Is there really no setup fee?
Yes. We treat the initial build as an acquisition cost rather than an invoice. That is only sustainable because we qualify carefully, cap the foundation at five core pages and build on our own system — so if a project does not fit that shape, we will tell you before you start.
What counts as a standard edit rather than a Growth Move?
Changing existing copy, images, staff, hours, files or a call to action is a standard edit, along with reasonable changes to sections that already exist. A Growth Move is a planned improvement: a rewritten page, a new trust or FAQ section, a form and tracking fix, an analytics review acted on.
What if I need more than one Move in a month?
Move to Accelerate for three, spread the work across months, or scope it as a One-Time Project. Whichever route, the scope and the cost are agreed in writing before anything begins.
Can I move between plans?
Yes. As your needs change we can discuss moving between Growth, Accelerate and Managed Hosting. Billing, notice and handoff terms are confirmed in advance so there are no surprises in either direction.
What is not in the monthly price?
Advertising spend, and any paid platform, licence or data service that a specific piece of work depends on. Those are identified and agreed before the work starts, never assumed.
Do unused Growth Moves roll over?
Not indefinitely. A Move is a month of capacity, and banking them would quietly turn into an open-ended backlog. If a month is quiet we will suggest something useful from your roadmap rather than let it lapse silently.
